This role entails delivering exceptional customer service to clients while also facilitating coordination among employees.
You'll primarily work from home, with the exception of staff meetings.
A computer and other needed office equipment will be provided for your convenience.

Responsibilities:
Work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4:
30 pm, with a 30 minute lunch Oversee communication platform to address employee inquiries promptly Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Process time-off requests Maintain and update employee records Assist in updating and implementing company policies and procedures Address client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Coordinate scheduling Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes or updates Work with management to schedule and conduct quality check Respond to quote requests and book services
Qualifications:
Proficient with computers and capable of independent learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with scheduling software and administrative tools Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Understanding of Google Drive, Sheets, Forms, and Docs A designated home workspace conducive to focused work, equipped with a desk, chair, and dependable internet connection, ensuring minimal distractions Pay &
Benefits:
