Reports To The Customer Service Representative will report to the Operations Manager.
Job Overview The Customer Service Representative is the first impression of Palace Law.
The CSR quickly identifies client and potential issues and needs and connects them to the Palace Law legal professionals who can best help them.
Responsibilities and Duties Answer phones, emails and other electronic channels.
Greet clients as they enter the lobby.
Prepare and send outgoing mail.
Intake potential new clients through our screening process.
Assist support staff and legal professionals as needed.
Qualifications An outgoing, articulate, quick adapting, confident and friendly personality Compassion and empathy for the injured Detail oriented.
Tech competency - the ability to use, navigate, and quickly learn PC products, software systems, and web apps including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Trello.
Time management skills to complete multiple tasks in a limited timeframe.
Ability to enter data into spreadsheets and data bases with no errors.
